We recommend booking no later than 1-2 months prior to your event, to ensure performer availability!

We do take bookings on shorter notice, pending performer availability.

After submitting the booking form and confirming with our team, you will be sent a deposit invoice and a balance invoice. A 50% deposit is due upon booking to confirm your event. The remaining balance should be paid by 48 hours prior to the event start. An event is not official on our calendar until the deposit has been paid.

Yes! Safety is our top priority. All of our performers must pass a background check and obtain child clearances from the state of Pennsylvania.

Our superheroes stay in character from start to finish, bringing energy, excitement, and plenty of fun! During their visit, they’ll interact with kids (and adults!), pose for photos, sign autographs, and lead action-packed, superhero-themed games. We personalize each experience — from knowing the birthday child’s name to coordinating arrival time — to make sure your party feels truly epic for every guest.

We currently offer 30-minute and 45-minute appearance packages. Custom event durations are available upon request — just let us know what you're planning!

Yes! You can book two or more characters to appear at your event — great for larger parties or superhero team-ups. Let us know in the booking form and we’ll follow up with options and pricing.

With years of experience in this industry, we’ve found that 30- and 45-minute appearances are the sweet spot! For younger children and smaller parties, an hour can often be too long for short attention spans — especially when there are other activities like cake, presents, or games to enjoy.

We also want to ensure our performers can deliver their best high-energy performance from start to finish, and the 30–45 minute format allows for just that.

That said, if you're hosting a larger event or would like something more customized, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to discuss extended options for the right setting!
